Jonathan Sterling Hollinger
Managing Partner
Jonathan got his start in real estate at Deutsche Bank's 60 Wall Street office developing proprietary credit derivative trading systems. He went on to found the commercial real estate technology team at Winchester House in London, eventually working with the origination, underwriting and bond structuring teams upstream from the trading desk, as well as the loan servicing business and the special situations group. Mr. Hollinger holds degrees is computer science and history from Brown University, and an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Gretchen Louise Stasey
Head of Accounting
Gretchen obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She began her career in Financial Services at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services and continued her career with a role in public accounting at Ernst & Young and later asset management for the largest national senior living provider, Brookdale. She has also co-founded an interior design/build firm and supported a renewable energy vision in Menlo Park, CA. Gretchen has extensive business development, financial reporting, office management & tax compliance experience for a wide range of private & publicly traded organizations, spanning innovative startups to global Fortune 500 companies.
Jacob Andrew Zurkow
Property Manager
Jake recently graduated from Miami University – Ohio with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Upon finishing school, he lived in Shanghai, China working as an English Teacher. He got his start in real estate with Apple Bank for Savings in New York under their real estate and valuation department. He moved to Aspen and found his home here at Aspen Management. Working in leasing, marketing and management Jake has excelled and helped us grow without missing a beat.
